Exchanges

Exchanges are within 1-2 business days starting from the day of receiving your package, exchanges are within same price range of the design or higher.

All designs can be exchanged except for "Earrings" due to hygiene reasons.

 

Returns / Refunds

Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of design defect, And we should be notified on the same day of receiving the package along with pictures of the design.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
